RCSnews 4.6 Release
RCS announced the release of RCSnews 4.6 with a blazing new single-track editor and email alert notification functionality. RCSnews is a state-of-the-art radio newsroom system, providing solutions for your entire news operation from newscast gathering, writing and editing to actual on-air broadcast and story archiving.
Enhancements include:
- Full single-track editing capabilities, customizable keystrokes, normalization, time stretch and squeeze, import audio directly into the editor and create audio clips
- Dockable Editor window
- Bi-directional drag and drop functionality between the editor and RCSnews
- Notification function allowing users to e-mail alerts to designated contacts
- Receive e-mails as a Wire service and process any attachments
